well, just as a note, that was like 25+ years ago.
But almost all the deaths happened in the lives of the wrestlers in their 40s and were "heart attacks" except Bad New Brown and Sapphire (60s heart attacks) and Dino Bravo (shot dead).
amazingly, Jake Roberts and Brutus Beefcake are still alive and so is Ax and Smash (Reunite the Demolition!)

Surprisingly, all Survivor Series teams going back to the very beginning still have..survivors.
Randy Savage's Kings Court from 1989 has three out of four members who have passed on (Savage, Quake and Bravo). Greg Valentine is their lone member still here.
88's team of Andre, Rude, Bravo, Perfect and Race with only Harley still around might be the closest.
The one that always sticks out in my mind is the Warriors/Perfect Team match from 1990. 5/8 have passed on (UW, Hawk, Kerry Von Erich, Hennig, Crush).
