Person of Interest is a fun show, except that the dialogue is incredibly corny/cliche.
Originally posted by MossI still am, and still will. In fact, I'd say it's my favorite new show...not that there was much that's been any good.
As far as the new stuff, I watch and enjoy Unforgettable, Homeland, American Horror Story, Prime Suspect, New Girl, Man Up (well, the first episode), Suburgatory, X Factor, Once Upon a Time, and Terra Nova...although T/N is something I watch because my family enjoys it.
I also dig the Ben and Jesus show. My new favorite is Subugatory though. Show kills me, and that Jane Levy is cute, although old men should not think 21 year olds are cute, in my opinion.
That's all that has stayed on my plate from the new shows. Tried a few of them (no X-Factor). Didn't care for revenge or unforgettable. Usually don't like half hour shows. Last Man standing is familiar, but boring. I like the Middle, so Suburgatory got a second look because of that and I now really like it.
We'll be back right after order has been restored here in the Omni Center.

The piece in Esquire is a pretty great read. Ebert is one of the last of his kind in terms of understanding the role of a film critic (or the role of any critic, for that matter) and relaying the necessity of that role to the general public.
