There are some that are attractive and skilled in the ring (Katie Lea, Phoenix), some who are just skilled (ODB, Serena) and some who are just attractive (Kelly, Tori, Sosay, Ronnie Jonah) ODB might get called up because she can play the "Jazz" role. (mean bitch who beats everyone up) Serena might if she gets a nose job and vince buys her breasts, but thats her only hope I'm afraid.
So even though they hire all sorts of female talent, I think beauty is always going to be pushed over skill or talent.

Where did you hear this?
I was afraid this would happen to her. WWE.com ran a story about how great she was at working through pain and not missing any shows. Often they will run a story on a wrestler and then release them a few weeks later.
