Regime change . . . a la carte

Intersting article from the DC Times mentioning the number of instances where Frrance supported a regime change in its former colonies when it served their interests.

The story about the rise of Dacko in 58 minutes just cracks me up though.

I had a whole long post here, but I thought it kind of got off on a tangent, so here's the extremely cut down version: I'm not sure rehabilition has any place in this discussion, as it is mutually exclusive with the death penalty.
