"Simpsons" renewed for two years, and "King of the Hill" renewed for one. "The Simpsons" juggernaut will never stop. Last night's episode was actually pretty decent compared to some they've done lately.
As for "King of the Hill", I was fairly certain that if FOX didn't outright cancel them, the producers said this would probably be the last season. I guess not.

As for the Simpsons, I think they need at least one more year of firing on all cylinders and regaining approval so they can go out on top ala Friends. Like Friends, I think getting that one season would just drag the show on longer.
