Three seperate pieces of genius from Fox News in the aftermath of the attacks on London (guardian.co.uk)

The quotes mentioned in the story are pretty much par for the course. Though this one just really amazes me. I can only imagine the reaction from FNC if someone in the Paris media had said this about New York City

And Brit Hume, if your real first reaction to hearing about the bombings in London was about the futures market, well I don't even have anger for that thought, just pity that someone can care that much about about money.

I think in fairness you should include this relevant piece of the article you linked to:

which of course makes it one hundred percent misleading to infer that he made his statement in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks in London. No defense to Fox for the other two; but in the interest of fairness to Mr. Gibson I thought it wrong and improper to imply that his remarks were made after the terrorists had struck.

I don't know. People in the Wrestling Folder are saying that it was inappropriate of the 'E to do the terrorist thing on Smackdown, even though it was taped on Tuesday, which was also before the blasts. I don't think, in this day and age, it's ever appropriate for someone to make light of terrorism.
Unless, of course, it's something like this:

Half his statement was coincidental, written in reaction to London being declared the home of the Olympic Games and was just the usual Faux News "Ha ha ha, wouldn't it be hilarious if French people were murdered" that passes for social commentary amongst those missing a handful of chromosomes. This:

was written the next day, after and in response to the terrorist attacks. He's a shithead. Sorry.

Of course, those are nothing compared to this psychotic little blast of seemingly naked racism - taken straight from CRZ's favorite generally-useless-but-fun Google sideproject, assuring us that Muslim are not, in fact, regular people:

Agreed. I was unaware of the subsequent column. For Mr. Gibson to have made the statement prior to the attacks was unfortunate. To have unapologetically repeated it afterward is indefensible. At least IMHO.

Do we know who the other douchebag in question is? Just because I'm not entirely certain the slip (and I'll call it that unless I know otherwise) was deliberate, but considering the language used at Fox News (see: "homicide bomber") it wouldn't surprise me if it was what you consider it to be.
