I am hoping there might be a Wiener out there who can help me with a project I am working on. Sadly my circle of acquaintances is rather small, so I figured "Hey, the internet is supposed to be making us one big global village, I'll go ask my cyber-neighbors for some help."

I need to find someone who can read Japanese. It is for a project I am working on at school involving Basho. If you can read very well please contact me via PM rahter than me boring the whole board ("TOO LATE" they all yell) with the details. Compensation will be offered :)

So, how'd it turn out? For BBQing, use a low heat and a long slow, cooking time, and the result is often tastier than grilling, which generally is a higher heat, a thinner cut, for a shorter period of time.
