So if the Ultimate Warrior logs onto the board, is there a flag for Parts Unknown?

Let's put this in the plainest terms possible: Darryl Strawberry has no business instructing anybody about anything. He has never done a thing in his life to warrant a position of guidance. Not on the field. Not off the field.-- David Vescey, si.com

The problem with the bottom is it's not much different from the top...it'll STILL be close to the name at the top of the post right UNDER it. And, there's a potential for confusion since the "wrong" flag might be directly above a name. I tried two or three places but this was the best one - also, the flags were originally four times bigger (check any profile to see what I'm talking about) but I ended up shrinking them to 25% (16 pixels high) - they're not THAT bad and I'm pretty sure you'll get used to them...

Yeah, I'm visualizing it anywhere else, and it really only works at the top left.

With that, my case in the Random folder just lost 10,000,000 points.

Although, at least I can say that I'm probably a better wrestler than most of you on this board. Since, naturally, all great wrestlers come from here. *Points out his finger and fakes a laugh.*

So I'm going to wonder how he did this for hours now...

I bet it's not in the changelog. Dammit.

This is gonna cause all sorts of grief in the Politics folder, lemme tell ya. Some poor innocent French wrestling fan is going to chip in his two francs about something, and he will be vapourized by the resulting heat from his burning cyber-flag. It will all end in grief.

The flags look better -- less obstrusive -- using Mozilla than Explorer. They really catch the eye in Explorer. Not so much in Mozilla. Mmm hmmm.

I don't think there will be too much variety. I've seen one other Aussie flag and I know there's some poms here, but you north americans are everywhere.

I feel like doing to some obscure country and jump online so I can see a distinct flag over my name

Ahhh flags, borders are just used to divide us!... Let me sing a song for you guys

Imagine there's no countries,
It isnt hard to do,
Imagine all the wieners
living life in peace...

You may say I'm a dreamer (hell I still believe Y2J will get another World title run)
but I'm not the only one (that's why we all continue posting and wishing)
I hope some day you'll join us,
And us smarks will live as one.

Nice touch with the flags.

25 of 'em, huh? I'll take a wild guess and say Burkina Faso and Uzbekistan are in there somewhere.

Off the top of my head, I know we have: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Mexico, Japan, Finland, and Holland (Netherlands?) - where everything is in Hollish. I'm going to guess that Sweden, France, Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand, Spain and South Korea are somewhere in there too. If we had anybody here from Djibouti or Micronesia, they would totally be invited to my birthday party just because of where they lived.

Just noticed it. Nice.

As I know some people in the 'little' countries may get antsy about this, is it possible to split the UK into English, Scottish, Welsh and NI flags?

Bravo, CRZ. I'm proud to have the Stars and Stripes onboard...and I'll bet Wieners from foreign shores are digging their colors, too.

Good on ya, man!

The flags are kinda neat, but would it be possible for them not to appear in dial-up mode? I can't be the only one who uses dial-up mode at work to eliminate all the graphics (except the lovely vhW) and thus make it look less like I am goofing off.

Oh, and you had better believe I was glad when "It's this or porn" went away.
