Well, golly, "Shiny Shiny" by Haysi Fantayzee. I guess it was worth it after all.

They just started the request thing in the last few weeks.
Unfortunately, I keep forgetting to send some in.
Truly the best station on my digital cable.

Drew is correct. Most of the time, my satellite is pointed in VH1 Classic's direction. They play some truly great "classics."

| #4 Posted on 16.10.02 1244.23 | Personally, I have to wonder exactly what is their definition of classic? I mean, and I'm most certainly not complaining, some of the videos I see on their aren't what I think of when I hear the word classic. Oh well, I probably shouldn't have said anything about it because it'll get taken away from my service now.

80's music mavens will for the most part enjoy the "We are the 80's" segment as well. Some of the stuff seen recently:
"Love Will Tear Us Apart"-Joy Division "Sanctuary"-Cult "Working Girl"-Members "Save It For Later"-English Beat "Town Called Malice"-The Jam!!!!!!!! as well as Peter Murphy, a Peter Schilling that WASN'T "Major Tom" and an early Tears for Fears I'd never seen. Good Stuff.
George Washington gave his signature The Government gave its hand They said for now and ever more that this was Indian Land

| #6 Posted on 17.10.02 2247.26 | A REQUEST SHOW NOW? Great pumpkin, VH1 Classic just keeps getting better and better. Damn living at college, keeping me from my at-home digital cable.
Now if they would stop pre-recording hours and replaying them when I'm watching. Viacom needs to learn to program around my schedule.
