It will be JR, in the second segment, once the "say wwE, say wwE" thought has slipped out of his head.

In a related prediction, it will be at least Summerslam before Michael Cole *stops* saying WWF. At least.

Maybe Lillian could be the new play-by-play announcer?

I had JR at 9:07 (maybe my clock's fast). But if we want to get literal, the first person to say "WWF" was Big Show at 9:20

In all fairness, JR caught himself before he had it completely out of his mouth. Sure, it was like "World Wrestling Federati....Entertainment". Big Show was the first one to say "WWF".

I sort of know what he's going thru (since I work in radio), since he's been saying "wwf" for years, it is hard to make the switch.

it would be kind of like if i left the station where i've been on the air for 8 years, and worked at a new one, i know i'd mess it up because it's habit to say the old moniker.

Jim Ross sat ringside all night with a shirt that still had the "WWF" logo on it. There were probably other instances like this I did not see.

I caught a couple others, namely that the "WWF" logo was still on the IC belt and Hardcore belt. Any others?

To be precise - from the beginning of the (new) WWE credit:

3 minutes, 33 seconds in
Good Old JR
"World Wrestling Federat...er...World Wrestling Entertainment"

16 minutes, 33 seconds in
The Big Show (referring to SCSA)
"...the biggest star in the WWF..."

Lillian was flawless - even during the Hardcore Title schmozz.

By the end of the show, JR was starting to use the contraction "WWEn". Will this be the new shorthand?

Steph

Lawler also said "You could be the next WWF superstar" when talking about Tough Enough 3.

Also, I thought the referee's patch had the WWF logo still on it.

I didn't see RAW, but it sounds like JR may have intentionally slipped to make a point. Did any body get that impression at all?

Well, I think all three guys, when they are on, and giving it their all, are great assets to any wrestling organization. Hogan has that Charisma, Fan appeal (God Knows Why), and the Savy of how to work a crowd.
