This'll sound odd, but is there a way to keep Firefox 2.0 from saving over my older version of Firefox?
I've updated my work computer and noticed that Firefox 1.whatever is no longer there (even though, during setup, I asked it very nicely to install in a different folder) ... When I was a Netscape man, I would keep all the older versions on my computer (even though I never actually used them again); I was just wondering if there was a way to do something similar with Firefox.
For printing, sure. If you're done working with your source document and have no further edits...then convert it to PDF and you're done. It should be the same on all machines. That's the beauty of PDF. In theory, at least.
