Yes Nag, way to go in beating me to it by a few seconds. Damn, next time forget answering the phone I will just post it. Well done.
Anyway, back to the ratings, I really did think they might have been higher, I was shocked that they went down but still the Kane vs. HHH match itself got a good rating (4.3).
P.S., just to add it to this post so it will be on one and not need the other post:
"This week's edition of Raw did a 3.9 cable rating, with a 6.3 share. That is down from last week's 4.1. The show did hours of 3.5 and 4.3."

A 3.9 isn't that big of a drop, and I really wonder what other "gimmicks" WWE has that will take us through the summer (besides Flair's last Title Shot, Foley's return, and Kane unmasking). Once they run out of these, that's when we see the true quality of the show resurface, if it didn't last night at times.
I don't know if HHH-Kane did a 4.3, because that appears to be the overall second hour rating, which could be largely attributed to Foley again. The segment might have done higher than a 4.3 since it was a well-hyped main event with a moment people have been curious to see since 1997.
I don't see how the events on RAW last night did anything to keep viewers, though. At least Flair and Foley have stuck around for the moment to help, and are burning off their ratings fuel, but I think Kane's unmasking hurts the character and turns him from a cool-looking Michael Myers-type to a bald guy with soot on his face.
We'll see how things turn out.

My question for you all is this, with Kane now un-masked and as ruined as any character since... El Gigante... who is going to carry a fued with Triple H well. I know that WWE is not giving up on Kane, did you see the way he rolled his eyes back after chokeslamming RVD? I guess he just put the mask back on and wrestle that way, I think it really would not have the same feeling watching Kane after all the mystery surrounding him is gone. Will Kane wrestle without the mask now? I don't think that is possible because that make-up will wipe off during a match, I am so confused with where the WWE is going with this.
Don't feel so bad Nag, I'm a major Ratings geek, so much so that I got all excited after seeing for the first time in ages websites gave out quarter hour numbers. And why not I'll pass it on to you guys
First Hour Q1- 3.0 - Test/Christian/Steiner/Booker & Maven/Nowinski Q2- 3.4 - Highlight Reel & Beginning of Y2JStorm/Dudleys Q3- 3.7 - Majority of Y2JStorm/Dudley match & Frenchies anthem Q4- 3.7 - Frenches/Hurricane/Slaughter & Austin comes out
Second Hour Q5- 4.5 - Foley tribute Q6- 4.0 - Nash/HBK/Flair/Orton Q7- 4.1 - Foley beatings backstage & Golberg/Mack Q8- 4.1 - First half of HHH/Kane OR- 5.0 - Conclusion
Pretty interesting numbers. The second hour raise is a nice sign but it looks like it was mostly on the Foley and the conclustion of the main event.

According to Kris' report tonight, Atlantis and Blue Panther won the belts from GDL. Now, if only they can feud with Wagner and Black Tiger, all will almost be right in the luchaverse.
