They've earned it. And here's some appreciation for the Futureheads covering Kate Bush.

"Ohio Is For Lovers" has been on the chart 18 weeks, in last the first 7, second to the Starting Line in week 8, and then last their last 10. Only other song I can think of having a shot at that run is the Limp Bizkit cover of "Behind Blue Eyes", and lemme see how long that was at the bottom. Alright, yeah, that was in last its first 18 weeks out of 24. So there you go.
And for the record, the songs with the most total weeks at #1:
9 weeks: Custom - Hey Mister OK Go - Get Over It
6 weeks: Franz Ferdinand - Take Me Out
5 weeks: The Futureheads - Decent Days And Nights Hot Hot Heat - Bandages Louis XIV - Finding Out True Love Is Blind
4 weeks: Jet - Are You Gonna Be My Girl
3 weeks: The 45s - Waiting For My Heart To Break The Explosion - Here I Am Hot Hot Heat - Middle Of Nowhere The Killers - Somebody Told Me Marah - Float Away The Music - Breakin' Relient K - Chapstick, Chapped Lips, And Things Like Chemistry Sahara Hotnights - Hot Night Crash Scapegoat Wax - Aisle 10 (Hello Allison)

Personally, I think it's the album of the year. I've listened to it for literally three months straight - and I haven't done that since I was in high school and picked up Queen's greatest hits.
I think I've said too much.
