Is this just your 40 favorites or is there some other criteria involved here? I feel like I'm looking at a list of the 40 best Uruguayan light-heavyweights compiled by the DVDVR boys.
Washington Huskies, 2003 Pac-10 football champs. Coming soon.

You have way to much time on your hands...
"You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America's Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named 'Bush', 'Dick', and 'Colon. Need I say more?"

Dang, I was looking for this to hit #1! WIM is a great album by a great freaking band; it's just unfortunate that they fly below the gaydar of modern rock radio.
Nice list man. You've got a lot of bands on there that I dig that don't get much attention. Caesars, Dandy Warhols, Grandaddy (Central Cali. represent), The Libertines. I will ask where Earlimart is on your list? I just discovered them from Subteranean on MTV2. I've been humming "We Drink On the Job" all week. Plus, the video was filmed in my hometown, which makes it that much better. Anyway, great list. Keep 'em coming.
Well, I have over 700 Cd's (a benefit from working part-time for a music retailer), so I'll concentrate first on making a few mix discs until I feel more comfortable with downloading. Thanks for the advice!
