4. When I first heard the Stereophonics, I wrote them off as an Oasis wannabe band. Boy, have they proven me wrong the last few years. Embrace the Brit-rock, North America, embrace it!
12. The Dandy Warhols have a new release out? Hooray! If all you've heard from them is "Bohemian Like You", don't think they are a just a one-hit wonder ... Thirteen Tales From Urban Bohemia was a great, great album. One good song after another. Now I guess we'll see if they are a one-album wonder
37. Ooooh, you've made a mistake, Feely. Marilyn Manson goes under the "Bottom Ten" header, not above it. Kinda like how any and every Bill Demott match must fall under the "What Didn't Work" header in DEAN's Workrate Reports. Law of nature or something.
Any man who hates small dogs and children can't be all bad.
You don't like AFI?! Wow, your bottom 10 has always been spot-on, but I can't fathom disliking anything from "Sing The Sorrow". Probably the best CD I've picked up this year, save "Elephant".
I have no love for Mr. I'M CREEPY CAUSE IT MAKES ME MONEY Manson either, but have you seen the video OR heard his cover of Tainted Love? As bad covers go, it's quite remarkable in a totally white trash kind of way.
EDIT: King and Kind do NOT mean the same thing.

That fucking TERRIBLE(worst song on radio right now, IMO) Bandages song over Vallejo, the pride of Austin rock?
It is the soldier not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press
It is the soldier not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech
It is the soldier not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate
It is the soldier not the lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial
It is the soldier, who saluted the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag -Anonymous
-I typically don't like Marilyn Manson, this song's an exception.
-AFI is a shit band that seems to be for people that wanted to like the Used, but found their screaming TOO heterosexual, much like how Evanescence is for people who wanted Linkin Park, but with a vagina.
Thread ahead: Hey, I found a new band you guys should hear. Next thread: White Stripes At Hammerstein in NYC Previous thread: FEELY TOP FORTY-week of 4/14/03
