We're going to get so much ass here... like boy band ass.

I was 10 years old then, and Hart was by far my favorite wrestler. Yoko seemed so unbeatable to me, and I can remember me and a bunch of my friends running around like idiots during the whole match chanting for Bret to win. Oddly enough, in Brets first match that night, I was rooting for Owen just because I liked his 'younger brother trying to prove himself' characters. WMX was probably the biggest mark out nights of my life.

Yes, who can forget where they were when Billy Jack Haynes and Hercules Hernandez hooked up in the Full Nelson Challenge at Mania III. Either that or the legendary (negative) six star showdown between Taker and Giant Gonzales at Mania IX, with Jim Ross' toga glistening in the sunlight. Why does Google have only 1 entry of the Secret Adventures of Al Wilson? It must be a conspiracy by the googlebots against the pure manhood that is Al Wilson.

The match was shit, but the build-up and execution of it all was legendary. WrestleMania XIV: "Stone Cold" Steve Austin vs. Shawn Michaels. Another Mania with amazing build. Shawn bumped like a madman (not bad for a guy with a busted-up back) and the Austin Era in the WWF began in earnest. Anyways, Austin vs. Hart at WM 13 was a hell of a match and a extended moment... The Iron man match as well... Pretty much all of WM VIII... WM IX... and....WM III... This is easily the biggest pop Demo ever got and Bobby Heenan played his role perfectly. Damn you WWE for making me change my sig. I'm sure you have good enough reasons to get rid of Shannon, but that doesn't mean I have to like it. Let me thus be the first to say: BRING BACK DAFFNEY!

Yes, of course! Storyline wise it must have been the right decision back then. I actually thought about the effort Shawn put into the match that night and the risks he took. Remember, RAW has the December PPV. Next SD only PPV is February. And, if Eddy jobbing the US Title and being the one pinned to lose the tag titles is somehow a method of elevation, I'd hate to see what happens when they try to bury a guy.
