Molly might be a nice girl and all, but I'd want somebody a little rougher than that. I've always had a crush on Ivory because of my weird older-woman thing (and I'm only 20), and I'm pretty fond of Lita's looks. She's really sexy when shes not on TV trying to be cool little Mrs. Alternative Rock. Put her in more of those bikini shoots!

Plus during any interview segment they do with her away from the arena, she always strikes me as incredibly cool and funny. And, it seems she's been volunteering in an animal shelter during her injury, and that touch a brother's heart. (Always my charity of choice.)
I gotta say, though. She never looks that good when they doll her up for one of those Diva shoots. I think she looks a lot hotter when she dresses like she does when she wrestles - the jeans and a t-shirt. Simplicity works for me, people.
(I like Molly, too - you kinda have to look beyond the haircut because it's supposed to be awful - but the Christianity thing wouldn't mesh with me at all.)

To be fair, look back at when Molly first turned heel, when her hair was still about shoulder length. She was SMOKING hot with the dark hair and the black bodysuit. All the uglifying was probably done in an attempt to get her heel character over. It's kind of like why Jazz wears gear that is way too tiny for her.
And let's face it, you never see Steph outside of her power businesswoman clothes. I'd be willing to bet that if she were to put on some ring gear she wouldn't look nearly as "good".
As far as my own preferences go, Lita has been looking way hot lately, and she seems to be a really cool person. I also LOVELOVELOVE Victoria, the whole ass-kicking psycho persona works for me.
