Myself I've been enjoying the ending of X-Files: Fight The Future. The song is 'Teotihuacan' by Noel Gallagher, which is an instrumental piano number with a slow beat. Quite catchy and I've been finding myself walking to it with my I-Pod.

Seconded, especially with the Alan Lee drawings that accompanied everyone in the credits.

I loved how all of the obscure characters are involved in the dance sequence.
I'd like to nominate "I lIke to Move It' at the end of "Madagascar"

The Aquarius thing is bizarre. Definitely my vote as 'favorite WTF song/scene at the end of a movie'
But as you said, the RATM tune at the end of the Matrix when Neo just did his little phone speech. Awesome. Gave me chills even when I watched the movie(s) last month.

You wanted the best, you got... Out of Context Quote of the Week. "They're plump, ripe, and priced to move. Get your fat Samoan today!" (Packman V2)
Second "Age of Aquarius" and "Where Is My Mind?" And although it's been years since I saw it, and therefore am probably giving more credit to the song than its usage deserves, The Wannadies's "You and Me Song" at the end of "Romeo & Juliet".
