Pillman/Liger for the Light Heavyweight Belt in WCW is also sweet.
Over the years, I've seen some very good Bret Hart/Dynamite Kid matches on TV, when Stampede was still televising shows. I remember a nice ladder match between the two. Also, Bret's streetfights with Bad News Allen were great too.
