| #1 Posted on 3.5.03 1756.52 | I'm wondering how the hell WWE can get by on brand-only ppvs. The first one is next month. I don't see any promising storylines erupting on RAW yet.
So, here's my two cents. Hopefully, others will chime in with their own fantasy bookings.
HBK vs. Nash vs. HHH at Judgment Day for the title. HBK wins that triple threat...he then goes onto face Jericho at the June ppv in a LADDER MATCH! This would work perfectly within the storyline because since Jericho is so obsessed with the idea of upending Shawn...what better way than beating him in a LADDER MATCH?!
Lower on the card...I'd start a tournament to determine a new WWE Intercontinental champ. A secondary title in each brand would be the way to go to peek fan interest on the lower cards of these crap shoots. Put RVD vs. Kane in the finals...best buds forced to fight for the gold. To make it more interesting, book RVD/Kane to defend their tag belts earlier on the show.
To appease the few that care, do a HHH vs. Nash Street Fight. If they can pull off the type of street fight that Nash and HBK had in '96, then it would be worth something...but christ, it's hard to watch Nash walk around these days.
Elsewhere, I'd turn Scott Steiner heel and put him against Goldberg. Two slugs? Yes. But it'll appeal to a good portion of the marks.
Here's how the whole card should look...in my own head:
WORLD TITLE LADDER MATCH: Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Jericho
INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE TOURNEY FINALS: Rob Van Dam vs. Kane
STREET FIGHT: Triple H vs. Kevin Nash
Scott Steiner vs. Goldberg
WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Rob Van Dam & Kane vs. Christian & Test (turn Test heel)
TABLE MATCH: La Resistance vs. The Dudleyz
WOMEN'S TITLE MATCH: Jazz vs. Lita (after Austin reenstates her)

I like the idea of an IC Belt tournament, but I think it might be resolved before the June PPV rolls around. Anyway, let's hope not for their sake.
Here's my thoughts on what makes a somewhat captivating card:
-- -- -- --
INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINAL Scott Steiner vs Test (Scott Steiner advances)
INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINAL Christian vs Hurricane (Christian advances)
WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE Teddy Long is held inside a cage, ala Jim Cornette in 1980's NWA Jazz (c) vs Trish
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE Winner goes on to defend against Kevin Nash later on. Triple H (c) vs Shawn Michaels
INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL Scott Steiner vs Christian
WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP TITLES TLC Match Kane & RVD (c) vs Chief Morley & Lance Storm vs The Dudley Boyz vs La Resistance
THE AUSTIN-BISCHOFF GAUNTLET SERIES Austin & Bischoff agree on a gauntlet run to decide who gets a title shot at SUMMERSLAM Booker T vs Randy Orton vs Ric Flair vs Chris Jericho (lasts a good long while) Chris Jericho vs Goldberg
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE Triple H (c) vs. Kevin Nash (We all know this match is going to happen at this PPV anyway. Might as well make it a little more interesting.)

How bout an Ironman match?
2 out of 3 falls, where Fall 1 is a Standard Match. Fall 2 is a Ladder Match. Fall 3 is a 30-minute Ironman Match.
What was the original "Three Stages of Hell" match?

| #7 Posted on 5.5.03 0049.43 | Instant Rating: 3.91 | Well, you can't have RVD vs. Kane if RVD & Kane are wrestling as a team in the same PPV. Switch the RVD/Kane match with Booker T vs. Christian and make the tag match a blowoff with Morley and Storm. That would work out well. Fuck Test, anyway. He's godawful, and I don't want to see him within sight of a PPV match. Steiner is even worse, but I do like the idea of feeding him to Goldberg.

Haha that's freakin hilarious, that is so old school, it's great. I can totally see Austin doing that stipulation
cause there's limits to our liberties. 'Least I hope and pray that there are, cause those liberal freaks go too far.
