Maybe a let down after the Stewie v Lois double episodes that I thought were really good.
I got a chuckle out of Peter's "American at the airport" and Peter's fart with the backup vocalist.

You are right in that it really lack the funny, which obviously equals Seth McFarlane.
Let's hope the striks is over with next week when they start talking again.

I think it was just a matter of putting the finishing touches on the episode, not writing it, etc. How else would they still had the voices of McFarlane on there?

"The Simpsons" was great (watching Alan Moore reading "Little Lulu" was hilarious, especially when you consider what he would do with the character after "Lost Girls"), watching Hank Hill cavort with hippies was awesome, and "American Dad" popping his killing-cherry was one of their best episodes of the season (I've said for awhile that AD has clearly surpassed FG in the humor quotient).
