Anyone played this? What do you think of it? Is it worth getting a network adapter for?

edit - I've never played the EQ series, so I'd be a total newbie coming into the game..

I enjoyed it alot at first, got bored with it about a week later, then right when I was about to give up I met some cool people to hang out with in the game. So IMO unless you can get into the "social" aspect of the game there isn't much there.

EB was doing a deal where if you bought the network abpt. you got the game for free. I got the game and it's fun and looks good on my PS2.

Simply put, consoles are made for gaming not for moving watching (unless you're playing Metal Gear....then it's both!). The DVD playback is a bonus. So the playback being merely average isn't too big of a deal in my mind.
