I presume when this list was written, that's Joey Mercury. If so, really? 14 years in the business at age 31?
Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org) says Joey Matthews, born 1979, debuted in 1996. The article for his partner Christian York says York's first match was against Matthews in December 1996.
Percy also was under contract for the Steelers, Giants, and Packers but never played a regular season game. He did get a few downs in a Skins playoff game.

When I started working for MCW in the late 90s, Joey feuded with Christian and then Joey eventually turned face and they became a tag team, feuding with the Holy Rollers (Earl the Pearl and Ramblin' Rich Myers).
Considering Power Team USA was in '85, this one is off. And, if they claim the years are reduced because of inactivity, then that has to be done with Jericho for his sabbatical.
