From Online Onslaught:

Since I've already said that CRZ said it best, I'd be contradicting myself if I rambled on much further. So I'll take that "out" and tell you that if you want to read more about RAW, you can just read CRZ's Own Damned Recap, if you haven't already... [A fun game you can play: see if you can spot the heinous error that I saw and offered to fix before publication... Z says no one else has called him on it, yet!]

Anyone know what it is? I see a typo ("clothsing") but that doesn't seem "heinous."

Caring is the first step towards disappointment.

I scanned the whole thing on Rick's suggestion. The only thing I saw wrong was spelling OUCH as OWCH. Again, not exactly a newsworthy mistake.

Unless it was CRZ slipping and calling JR "Jim Ross" instead of "Larry King," I didn't catch it.

I believe it would have to do with the "Fourth Anniversary of (CRZ's return to recapping in) Wrestlemaniacs" comment. There's a six-day technicality there (there wasn't supposed to be but...Oh I'm probably barking up the wrong tree anyway.)

Or maybe Rick's bitter about the "Amazon Onslaught" comment.

I misspelled "Jeri Taylor" as "Jeri Ryan."

That's it.

Now you know.

Wow. That's so heinous I think you might be asked not to submit to OO again.

Or not.

Okay - I wasn't going insane.

I must have reread that like 5 times going "Jeri Ryan???? Why would she be directing a TNG episode?"

WOW. I actually saw that too and thought it was a little weird, but I really didnt think it was a enough of a "error" to have to point it out, much less make it the "Big" error that The RIck claims it was

I thought it was something else, but I was wrong.

I noticed that glitch when I read it, but I thought maybe CRZ was referring to the fact (?) that Jeri Ryan had been a guest-star on TNG before appearing on V'ger.

"The best reason for committing loathsome & detestable acts -and let's face it, I am considerably something of an expert in the field - is purely for their own sake. Monetary gain is all very well, but it dilutes the tastes of wickedness to a lower level that is obtainable by anyone will an overdeveloped sense of avarice. True and baseless evil is as rare as the purest good - and we all know how rare THAT is." - Acheron Hades, THE EYRE AFFAIR by Jaspar Fforde

I don't watch Star Trek of any kind, so I'll just go sit out in the hall...

(Exception: Wrath of Khan was worth it just for Ricardo Montalban chewing up the scenery.)

Shows you how naive I am. I read that and said "Gee, I didn't know Jeri Ryan was involved in TNG" and didn't think another thing about it. And I WATCHED "TNG" regularly.

Well, there goes any credibility you had as a wrestling recapper, right out the window.

I think my "little things" column must be rubbing off on Scaia. I mean, I called the guy out for saying a clock read "5:30" instead of "4:35," for Pete's sake. Compared to that the "Jeri Ryan" error was worse mistake than the GobbledyGooker.

Mentioning and/or thinking about Jeri Ryan is NEVER EVER wrong.
