Sienna Miller will be crapping up another film. She's been hired to play Scarlet in the live action G.I.Joe film. Another small part of my childhood died when I read this.
David Hasselhoff will probably be in the new KNIGHT RIDER, it seems. Plans now are for him to again play Michael Knight and he passes on KITT to his son. Good for him!
Good grief! Did you know there is a(nother?) live action DRAGON BALL film being made? I probably just blanked this out of my mind after sitting through the last one, but this new one is set to come out next year... August 15th, it seems. Oh boy!
Christian (BATMAN) Bale is stepping into the shoes of ANOTHER 'famous' film hero. He'll be playing John Connor in the new TERMINATOR films... yeah, plural. It's planned to be a trilogy.
Friday, February 13th 2009 is the new date announced for the release of the horrible abortion that will be the FRIDAY THE 13TH remake. I'm already planning on being sick that weekend.
Nic Cage is out of THE WRESTLER and has been replaced by Mickey Rourke. Hmm...
David Twohy is planning another RIDDICK film, set in the UnderVerse. I can't wait!
GHOSTBUSTERS 3 is coming out next fall... but as a video game. Dan Aykroid and Harrold Ramis is writing the story and the whole cast is coming on the do the voices. It's from the same company who did the SCARFACE game. It'll be for the Playstation 3 and XBox 360.

Either way, she's hardly going to be the one to fuck up GI Joe. That honor falls to its director, Stephen Sommers, who's made one popular shitty movie (The Mummy), a less popular shitty movie (The Mummy Returns), and the generally unpopular and all around super shitty Van Helsing.

I heard this one is being produced by Stephen Chow (Shaolin Soccer, Kung Fu Hustle). Not starring or directed by, but hey, Stephen Chow. | EddieBurkett

According to zap2it (zap2it.com) , James Marsters is set to play Piccolo, which just seems... wierd...

Wow! (The W) That's news to me! (The W)
Edit: All ribbing aside, digging for that Marsters story taught me that Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks will star in the next Kevin Smith movie, "Zack & Miri Make a Porno" (zap2it.com), which sounds like it should be all sorts of Kevin Smith awesome! At the very least, I'll be there.

While waiting for Rogen to become available, however, Dawson signed on for Eagle Eye, a movie starring Shia LeBouef, directed by the guy who did Disturbia, written by Steven Spielberg. And so they went with Elizabeth Banks instead. |
