I don't know about you guys but I miss this guy. I thought he was awesome. I still can't figure out why they canned him. Now would've been a great time to call him up for Smackdown so we could get more awesome Skipper-Kidman matches.

Elix kind of fits in with every other WCW, ECW, Indy cruiser the WWF didn't pick up. Flashy spots, WWF didn't think he was ready otherwise. While I miss him, I miss him because I like cruisers in general. I don't miss him more than, say, Super Crazy, or Jaime Knoble, or Air Paris.

I suppose the difference is that Elix actually was passable on the mic.

I thought it was his house up in here? Anyway, I wouldn't be surprised if Elix gets signed soon. Like you said Moe, Elix has some mic skills to go with that athleticism Since there might be an actual revival of the Cruiserweight division soon (I'm giving the WWF the benefit of the doubt), someone like Elix would be someone the WWF would want to invest in.

I miss seeing Primetime. He didn't seem as green as a lot of the other wrestlers that have been pushed. He had an interesting moveset, and was pretty good in the ring. His promo's were intersting...

I like when he and Kid Romeo would have their "who can do the gayest dance" contests (CRZ rules!) back on Nitro

They brought him over from wCw for their developmental territories; he had about 3 matches in hwA before they dropped him. I'm pretty sure he's gone back to teaching (which I Think was his past career).

Skipper was one of the better latter-day cruisers in WCW. I'm surprised he got cut, since he could actually -work- the mic, had a couple of pop-worthy moves (The Matrix, Overdrive) that could really get the crowd into it. I suppose it's just that he's kind of gangly and small, even more so than your average cruiser...

Elix was very much in my top five mark-out list during those dying days.

Where the hell is he? Did he actually go back to his day job? He sure doesn't seem to be working the indies.

I really do miss those cruiser trainwrecks.

The problem could well be that turning Goldberg heel would require removing the qualities that made Goldberg a popular face, which then takes away the value of having someone beat Goldberg.
