The only people who are "punished" into reading that are people who are logged in and not using dial-up mode....namely, me. (Yes, friends, lurkers are luckily deprived from reading the "Out of Context Quote of the Week" over and over and over. On the other hand, they have to look at the Adsense banners.)
Plus, I think you're spelling his name wrong (and by "wrong" I mean "not the way the WWE is spelling it").
Plus, it was stupid and overused LAST week.

Well, the idear basically was that headers and the non-signature part of footers would be used for HTML...be it to make your font a pretty colour or to do that trick with the tables and the picture and the thing. The "M" in HTML stands for "Markup"
What seems to happen sometimes is (usually new) people tend to put some kinda text they think is "witty" in their header, so we end up with half a dozen messages that look like so...
