I've never felt the need to create an account on any wrestling website before, but I just need to echo what someone else said in that I am so thankful that you guys are here. It is almost surreal how painful this is, and how I'm still in tears about this, off an on. None of my friends/family are really wrestling fans, and I don't think anyone that wasn't a fan who loved watching Eddie for all these years (especially knowing what he had gone through and overcame) can emphasize or understand at all why we are so affected by this. I don't feel I can really explain to them. I'm just sitting at work, still in shock. I don't even remember being this upset when Owen passed. I cried on his tribute night but with Eddie this is just hitting so hard. I didn't cry at all on Sunday-I was so completely in shock. Then once the RAW tribute show aired it almost seems like I can't stop. Every time I see the words similar to "Eddie Guerrero has died" it just doesn't seem real, yet I know it is. Vaya con Dios Eddie. You are missed.

You said it. You can't put into words a mans heart. It's just proven over time. He was someone I wouldn't mind being like one day. He will truly be missed. Truly.

I'm sorry. I don't mean to doubt you, but I can't find this anywhere on wwe.com. Could you add a link so I can verify for some of my nonline friends that this is from wwe? In advance, thanks.

*edit: thanks, CRZ.

It's still at http://www.wwe.com/inside/news/causeofdeath as I type this, but they tend to pull those stories after a while. I found the link from http://wcco.com/local/local_story_319150005.html so if the WWE one is gone, maybe your friends would accept a Minneapolis TV station as a legitimate news source?

A nice little tribute to Eddie, with some old photos that brought back a lot of good memories.

really shocked when i 1st heard this news. i rated eddie among the top 50 wrestlers of the past 10yrs & have always been a fan of his work, especially his early good matches. in recent yrs his output has become spot orientated & the cool mid-range offence he once possessed all but disappeared. i'll always remember eddie 4 his sweet side back breaker, short dropkicks & sound surfboard control/submissions.

The one I've got for some reason has GREY letters... On a black background mind you. On the rear it says "Mean People Rule" or something lame like that. I think I wore it once, and it's sat in my drawer ever since.
