Did you guys catch that Jeffrey Jones, the actor who played Ed Rooney in "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" got arrested on charges of possessing child pornography? I'll never be able to watch that movie the same way again. Or "Beetlejuice". Or "The Hunt for Red October".

On a lighter note, I thought it funny that my morning newscast had this on their little ticker at the bottom of the screen and it said "Ferris Bueller's Principal Arrested on Sex Charges". It didn't even mention his real name.

A line from the movie bears repeating...

"Bueller, your ass is mine."

'Nuff said...

Apparently, Paul "Pee-Wee Herman" Reubens was caught in the same bust.

Just when you thought you'd heard the last Pee-Wee is a Pervert joke...

I'll never be able to hear that song "Oh Yeah" from the Bueller credits in the same way again. :(

Well, that sucks.

I liked Jeffery Jones, good comedy character actor. Now he is just a slimey old man.

And anyone have a clue what the name of that song in the credits is.

I too was converted to the "car-naming" camp by my girlfriend (now wife). She had (and now we have I suppose, no prenup here!) an 86 Honda Accord named Phil. At first I was skeptical calling an inanimate object by an anthropomorphic name.
