|  #1 Posted on 19.12.04 1319.57 | Instant Rating: 3.10 | I want to offer a big pre-emptive apology here because I just bought the ECW DVD, and I know that the big discussion about the DVD on this board happened about a month ago. Sorry I'm late to the game.
My one question is this: Where did all the money go? They were putting asses in the seats, they were moving merchandise and tapes, and they had a syndicated TV show that aired in some pretty sizable markets. Yet some of their top guys would go months without getting paid.
I really liked the DVD, but it really bothered me that this question was not answered. You had plenty of guys talking about the fact that they weren't getting paid, but nobody seems to ask Paul why they didn't get paid. It reminded me of the Monday Night Wars DVD, where all the now-WWE guys complain about not getting pushed in WCW, yet they never give Bischoff a chance to explain why he didn't push them.| Promote this thread! |           | Nag

Quite true, considering they've made at least that much off the sale of ONE DVD of ECW material, part of which wasn't even in the library.
