Some thoughts on the show.

Matt Striker was great on color commentary, but less heelish than I thought he would have been. I'm sure it's only temporary, but that announce team worked really well.

Evan Bourne is awesomely awesome. Ricky Ortiz is... meh. Maybe he wasn't ready yet to come up to the main roster.

I don't remember "Wildcat Chris Harris" (Braden Walker) being so bad in TNA... maybe he was just working with guys that kind of held his hand through the matches?

Colin Delaney has overstayed his welcome.

I'm not sure why I love Estrada so much. Maybe it's his hilarious facial expression, like he just bit into a lemon.

That's all I got.

I liked Striker on commentary. I thought the toned down a notch heelishness worked well. I also liked that he said that he was a wrestling stats nerd and then proved that throughout the show. I wouldn't mind more of Matt Stiker your color commentator.

I caught the middle of the show and missed the last few. What happened to Taz?

I would like Colin Delaney more if they gave him some sort of character before all this. I know I've been spotty on my ECW viewing, but what is this guy's deal supossed to be? Scrappy little guy like Spike? Guy that gets beaten down, but gets up to fight again like Dreamer? Pedophile? LowRider Truck Guy? Jobber? ... and what's his problem with Dreamer? If I'm a slimey pasty looking goof, I'd want a guy like Dreamer to have my back to take the beatings for me.

Hooray for Estrada and his new contract!

Tazz filled in on Smackdown for Foley, who was out selling the effects of last week's beating at the hands of Edge.

I was really pleased at Striker's work on color. He obviously knows what he's talking about back there. But I think he could have heeled more and it would have worked nicely. You could even have him as a smarmy know it all, correcting any little missed detail Grisham misses.

I expected Todd Grisham on play-by-play would be awful and he's really not bad at all. Good for him.

I have to agree with what everyone has said about Stryker. He is green but was not bad. He seemed to be very knowledable about wrestling. They should keep him in the rotation in case they need to replace JR. He is certainly better than the Coach.
