Wow, we went the whole weekend without anybody saying anything about East Timor's independence.

That's okay, though - these guys haven't figured it out, either.

Strangely enough, I couldn't find an East Timor domain name with East Timor news - I had to go to timor.com instead...

But that's not the case. Section 301 only locks out precedents whose jurisdiction has been removed from federal court. Now I admit that the provision has the potential for harm, but it is not the all encompassing removal you say it is.
