| #5 Posted on 6.7.03 1734.14 | I'd buy the Trish Stratus one(naaa, I don't say LoL). She's had some pretty cool matches and add in a pinch of fluffy hotness and it could be a good buy.
Ric Flair of course if done correctly could be the most amazing individual wrestler DVD in history.
I like Brock and all but a DVD just a year or so into his career seems a bit early. His OVW footage might be interesting, but I'd wait another year.

| #6 Posted on 6.7.03 2126.50 | Maybe I'm just a bigger fan then I thought, but I think they could even put together enough cool Brock Lesnar footage to make one of those swank 2-disc sets. I'd put on two OWV matches - a tag match with Shelton Benjamin, and some singles match where he does the SSP. Then, you add the Hardcore title match he debuted in, his first PPV match against Jeff Hardy, any (or all) of his KOTR matches, the Smackdown match where he beat Hogan, the title win against The Rock, the HITC match against The Undertaker, one of his matches against Big Show besides the stretcher match, the WM match with Kurt Angle and the Big Show stretcher match. I'd buy it.

| #7 Posted on 6.7.03 2136.16 | Instant Rating: 2.59 | The problem with the Brock DVD is minus the OVW stuff, most of the fans have those already. He is not like Flair, Shawn, Rock and even Trish were their material is hard to find even today. If you think about Trish's 2000 stuff is hard to come by thanks to the WWF ruling. I like Brock, but I would have done the Jericho or Benoit or Kurt DVD espically now that they have the ECW library for Benoit and Jericho.
If the Flair DVD is only one disc I will be highly disappointed. Flair needs to do what they did with Shawn show him in NWA to WCW to WWE. Thats the only way to do it. So far, the WWE has done a great job with the personal DVDs like Rey and Shawn. Sadly, I think its the best work they have done this year. Just watching generic tag team wrestler Shawn Michaels grow up before your eyes is amazing. If that is done with Flair, its getting my vote for DVD of the year.

Because I keep telling myself that, but I haven't really convinced myself.

| #10 Posted on 7.7.03 0135.27 | I was wondering-- Does anyone have an idea as to whether WWE lets the wrestlers select some of the matches that are featured on DVD's? And in reference to tshman's comment, would McMahon actually let Flair handpick all of the matches to be included?
I totally agree with A Fan about Flair on DVD. Honestly, I think it would take THREE DVDs to truly encapsulate the wealth of great matches and promos Flair's had, in the NWA, WCW and WWE.

| #11 Posted on 7.7.03 0913.49 | I would have to disagree with "A FAN" and his praise of the Rey 619 DVD...simply because they WWE-ized the Rey history. If it really was a historical account of his life, why wouldn't they include some of his better work, as member of the Filthy Animals, when he was unmasked? How out his comeback after getting his ass handed to him by Konnan and Big Lazy?
