I've gotten my digital copy of Terminator Salvation and moved it over to my i-Pod. Now, my sister wanted to do the same for hers, as in use my copy onto her i-Phone. Now I know purchased songs on i-Tunes are yours and yours only, but can we "transfer" digital copies onto someone else?
Video on iTunes works the same as audio. There used to be a program that could strip the protection on songs bought via iTunes but I don't know that it works anymore. Obviously Apple has worked hard to keep it from working. Basically it played the music back at high speed and re-recorded it into mp3 format. No, I didn't use it to trade music, was never into that, but I did convert my stuff so that I could stream it onto the 360 while playing games.
I think there is software that can do it for video too, but I've never tried.
Where did you get your digital copy from? The DVD, iTunes, Amazon, etc.? I know you can re-download things on the PSN/Xbox marketplace, and I'm pretty sure you can redownload things via Amazon once you've bought them.

Not my experience, either. I'm sure you've found this, but just in case. GraphicalInstall I guessing that there's something wrong with your installation disks - either in the burning process or in the download.
