That Black Sigil: Blade of the Exiled game came out around this time, actually. It's good if you like games that rip off the aesthetics of old SNES RPGs, have a terrible combat system amplified by an obnoxiously high encounter rate, and are prone to crashing at random.

Basically if you feel like paying $30 for an RPGMaker game on the DS, go for it.

Jeez, they release Alex Kidd in Shinobi World before they release the Master System version of Shinobi? Not only was that version excellent, it was the only ported version that was any good. (For that matter, I didn't care for the arcade game.)
