I was just in Best Buy and they didn't have any copies of Lego Pirates.

Sucks! They had tons of them here at my local EB Games and HMV. Actually, that EB Games had all the new releases out yesterday. No idea why. Regardless, I'm not allowed to buy anything else for the 3DS until I finish Lego Star Wars 3.
