We'll see what happens with this story, but it is always amazing that this happens in swing states. Only so far on the front page.

Only if backed up somewhere else...the city is denying it at this point, but voter fraud is a way of life in the cities, so it wouldn't surprise me if something like this happened somewhere.

I thought we were all up in arms about Poll Watchers and Election Monitoring groups?

-Jag

There were two poll watchers here in Chapel Hill when I went...

Oh and I have now gotten three more automated "Vote Team Republican!" phone calls. The NC GOP is really blowing it this year. No live calls. No door to door. The DNC actually had people drive out here to personally give me a voter guide and to remind me that I could still vote early this past weekend.

Added: I don't know what it's like in other states, but here in NC you just walk up, give your name and confirm your address and then you get to vote. I could go back in a few hours and cast a vote for my dad as he's apparently still on the rolls (yet living in Arizona currently). Hell, armed with a phone book, I could go cast as many votes as a I wanted...

Please for the love of god, can we get some election reform?

What may come as a shock to some, is that about 50% of America believes in that plan.

Hey, I got a call from Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger urging me to vote No on Prop 72. And he decided on Santa Barbara as the place to have is No on 72 rally - at the Elephant Bar, of all places.

Pretty much cementing my Yes on 72 vote.

I live in New York and have been getting SPAM concerning Prop 72. I wish I could vote for it.

Your support of yes on 72 made me wonder what it was...

Socialized medicine? No thanks. Vote NO.

Incidentally, vote YES on Prop 71.

Hell, I didn't know even know that was on there. Crap, I say vote yes on it, because socialized health care can't be any worse than the current state of things.

Yes it is just cut and paste. You can spin stuff just as bad on Clinton. I just found it rather amusing whilest I was surfing the web. And yes it was from a chain letter. www.chuck69.com
