Can't believe I ran across this. I've found an online emulator that features Dragon Warrior, Metal Gear, Bard's tale, Kid Icarus... great games and NO downloading. This is super hella cool.
Now the problem I got is that I don't remember Dragon Warrior be so fucking hard! It's taken me like 2 hours to get up to the 3rd level. Was it this hard before?
It's not that it's hard, it's more of a having to level up ting. I have the original cartridge which I play from time to time. It's good stuff.

Read Yo!Hey everyone you all should know that dragon warrior games suck big dick. You want to know why because first person rpgs really suck. Who would want to play an rpg when you cant even see the stupid character do his badass special moves. The game is stupid and will forever be stupid.
Dude, you kinda gotta remember that it's sixteen years old and cut it a bit of slack.
"It's just like the story of the grasshopper and the octopus. All year long, the grasshopper kept burying acorns for the winter, while the octopus mooched off his girlfriend and watched TV. But then the winter came, and the grasshopper died, and the octopus ate all his acorns. And also he got a racecar. Is any of this getting through to you?" -----Phillip J. Fry, Futurama

Dragon Warrior is so oldschool...I remember playing that and getting so frustrated, as i could never pass a certain area. This was, of course, before the Internet, where now I can pick up the FAQ and Walkthrough and score...we're there!
If someone were theoretically interested in NES emulation, just for the knowledge of how an NES works, of course, they could check out http://vimm.net/ .

Actually, I take it back. There is one PC game that's online-only that I've been known to play... ...but I've been playing netrek since 1991, so it's not exactly a new development. (And, no, I don't care for Star Trek in general.
