In the latest (?) BBC America catalogue, they have a bunch of "Dr Who BBC Radio Collections."
These appear to be early Doctor episodes, since Hartnell's picture is on the one CD they show and I recognize some of the episodes as being Troughton. Available:

To me, nothing of recent vintage can touch Rowan Atkinson and the Doctor and Saffie as his companion.

This "Death comes to time" thing isn't that bad actually. At least it's official and it's got Sylevester McCoy in it, who is my personal favourite Doctor (I can hear the cries of "Scarilige!"). They could have gone with McGann (spit!) after all, so I'll take whatever I can get  .

The Rowan Atkinson Dr. Who special is actually readily available now. You can get it from places like Best Buy and/or probably from Amazon or Borders or BN.
