According to the article, in 1994 "the U.S. agreed to provide North Korea with two light-water nuclear reactors in exchange for Pyongyang ending its nuclear weapons program." Don Rumsfeld sat on the board of directors of a company who wanted to provide the design and components for the reactors.
The point I'm getting is that because Rumsfeld hates the communist regime of North Korea, he should have either stood in the way of the attempt by his government to appease the North Koreans into ending their nuclear weapons program or he should have spontaneously combusted.
Well, if he had secretly gone to Iran or Iraq or Syria with the information, I would gladly call him a traitor. But he went to the Sunday Times instead, so all the world would know what the Israeli government and military was up to.
