I am not going to a full review, because it would be five paragraphs long. Needless to say a lot happens and not all of it good. If you haven't seen watch it, here is what you missed. The bad guys are named the silence. The little girl in the astronaut suit maybe Amy's kid and can regenerate, so it may not be Rory's kid. River kills a lot of the Silence in a Death Blossom move at the end. The Doctor uses footage of the moon landing to out the Silence to the world. Everett 3 is a bad ass and is gay. River is returned to jail where she kisses the Doctor. Amy reveals she is not pregnant and she told the Doctor first, because she was afraid the baby would be different due to time traveling she has done. The Doctor runs a scan on Amy in secret where it comes up positive and negative. Now, we are off to face pirates next week and hopefully not an encompassing plot.
I think if you were looking for a jump the shark episode this could be it. The Doctor's Death is still in place and looks to be in place for awhile. We have a new female Time Lord or half Time Lord or whatever that could replace the Doctor. They also established that Rory is a great guy and if they do have the Doctor bang Amy or get her pregnant, the Doctor would have to be an asshole to do it. It could explain why he choose to die, too. There a lot of questions to be answered which people do like, but it is borderlining Lost which is a giant problem for me.
If you're going to post a thread with an episode title, could you try to get close to the actual title?
Doctor Who Ep. 6x02: Day of the Moon It was a fine episode, wrapping up some plot lines and introducing others. The regenerating child could be Amy's (though it's not like Caucasian kids look all that different in B & W photos, so the picture with Amy could have been a different baby.)
I was a little confused by the White Dwarf alloy prison. What was the point? The TARDIS was hidden in it, so a Silent could have been standing there the entire time, waiting to see what The Doctor was going to do. The episode did seem a little jumbly, as if Moffat was initially thinking of making this the first half of the season, then deciding that would drive people batty and whittling it down to a two-parter.

Negative nancies. This was GREAT stuff. They've set u p the season-long arc, had soem great Doctor speechifying, and delivered one HELL of a closing tease. They're not killing the Doctor, they're not replacing him with a female Timelord...come on.

Much more than Liam Neeson fighting wolves. A bleak, harrowing tale of Man vs. Nature; both Mother Nature and his own inner nature. Has its flaws and moments where you call foul, but overall powerful and devastating. The Grey Review with SPOILERS.
