I ask this partially because I'm wondering if anyone who has a blog on LJ would want to set up/be part of a The-W Community on LJ. And because I need more ways to avoid work during the workday So who out there has a blog of some sort and what sort of stuff do you post?
mine is http://spf566.livejournal.com and is mostly just anecdotes from my life, weird links I find, that sort of thing. Nothing too exciting, but once in a while I find something fun to share.
I have a myspace blog, which I've been posting since July '04. A few weeks ago, I lost all my posts in some freak server error. However, I had most of my entries saved, and I'm working on getting them back up.
It's music posts, stories, etc. I write mainly to amuse my friends.
I've got one at Blogspot (baltimorenine.blogspot.com). I've had it for about two months. Updates have been sporadic because I'm too lazy to actually transfer my thoughts from my brain to the computer screen. It's mainly just my random thoughts about baseball and the Orioles and probably college basketball and the NFL in the offseason. I don't have any delusions that my analysis is very thought provoking or anything like that. I just do it because it's a decent way to kill some time doing something enjoyable.
Behold the "Wise" Words of Renegade Raine, the Bishounen Hunter:
I've got one on at FFLegend, I semi-use one on my MySpace account, and if I wanted to use it, I also have a blog I can use with my Deviantart account.
Some accuse me of writing too much (that is, when I'm not posting the bishounen of the day). But here it is, but I'll warn you that I might scare some with the over emoness I was feeling a couple of days (not to mention it goes back at least two years, when I was super emo). Oh, and did I mention that lately, it's been all bishounen (animated pretty guys)?
I have one that the link is in my sigquote (jdmann.blogspot.com, just look for the yellow Al Wilson) but I write in it maybe once a month. Although probably more often in the near future as more write-worthy stuff is happening right now.
"He's too much of gentleman to assume that the lady he is with would have a disease and he's man enough to raise any offspring that should arise. HE IS AL WILSON."[-DEAN~, 7/22/05]
This is a fine question. When I lived with my mom, we never really had the money to put together a real T-day meal, so we usually found an open restaraunt we liked and had lunch or dinner there (chinese, BBQ place, whathaveyou).
