| #1 Posted on 4.2.03 1328.35 | I'll leave this to you, so what do you think of the foursome of HHH, Batista, Orton, Flair and ____? That promo last night really smelled of old schoolness. Oh, and well, you may not know this, but Batista has a really sexy voice, when he talks normal. How good was the promo and how well do you think they would go over? Let 'em rip!

| #2 Posted on 5.2.03 0220.02 | Instant Rating: 5.22 | HHH is trying to be Flair, and has formed a stable of wrestlers - including Flair - in an attempt to form Flair's Four Horsemen. They are NOT the Horsemen, and he is not Flair.

| #3 Posted on 6.2.03 0100.19 | I do not know shit about the Horsemen, other than what I've seen on Confidential. ;-) So comparisons are moot, IMO.
I think they LOOK great. The suits and dress shirts rule. Even Trips is different enough from his previous style that he seems fresh, and Batista is absolutely drool-worthy in solid black--I didn't think he was all that interesting before I saw him clothed, oddly enough. ;-) I love Flair, and Randy Orton is one of the best of the new guys, especially with the self-absorbed pretty boy thing he has going. So far, so good. If they write some interesting angles for them, I'll buy it. They have a great mix of personalities and could go far.
I'm sure I'll eat those words in six months, but what the hey. I'm enjoying the potential at the moment. At the very least, they are slashable to the max--if you don't know what that means, better not ask! ;-)

| #4 Posted on 7.2.03 0335.23 | I should go back & retrieve the exact quote -- something to the effect of "the ultimate package, that every man wants to be, & every woman wants to be with". Did you hear the girlie screams? Works for me!! :-)
The wardrobe selection is definitely killer -- once you find a good tailor, share with your friends! I have the same reaction to Batista -- he's much more interesting looking dressed. It may just be that he's all grr-grr'd up when he's undressed for a match, but not when he's in his civvies, & that I don't find grr-grr as attractive on him as I do on HHH.
Did we all notice that H & Naitch have a nickname for Orton? "Hey, Romeo." I simply can't imagine how he got that. :-)
I'm not feeling the need to do the Horsemen comparison. Maybe I'm supposed to & I just don't get it. (You could make a good case for that, given the timing of the Confidential piece.)
Is it HHH or Flair who's actually behind the formation of this group? (In plotline, of course.) HHH is certainly acting as the leader (see Kurt Angle), but I have the idea that Flair is the real brains & organiser (see Paul Heyman). We'll have to see if that ever becomes an important detail.
MM, you will let us know when some of that potential has been fulfilled, right?

Heh, my first thought at that statement? Bad Sable flashbacks. I half-expected H to go, "Are you girls ready for the Griiiiind?"
