| #1 Posted on 3.9.12 0102.26 | Instant Rating: 9.49 | I'm planning on cutting down my DirecTV subscription. I've got some package or other that costs around $100/mo, and I just don't watch much TV any more.
I want to have live Football (NFL) and access to the normal games that people get on the networks. I think I probably want the NFL network too. I don't need the whole Sunday ticket plan.
I want Comedy Central and AS if possible. I think I can get Hulu Plus for most of the stuff I want off of cable though.
I'm trying to figure out how to get my whole TV budget under $40-50 a month so I can consider Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu Plus and my TV as my entertainment and have tha all be under $100 after it is all said and done. Right now I'm not happy with how much I'm paying for everything and I want to cut back.
I'm not looking to cut the cord, just lessen the bleeding...
