And, the most important issue, why tease the non-moderators with the Moderator forum if they can't even read it? Hide it, or make it like Ladies Only was. Teasing isn't fair.

Sometimes I ask myself why I watch WWE after all the crap it's given me. HLA, necro, HHH, and so on. And then it hits me. That one simple phrase that can be modified and used for anything that gets you down, yet makes you keep coming back.

I frequent a few boards that have a few mods and they set up the board as a group, with no one person in charge, more of a committe.
The mods need a place to discuss things without the masses, so to speak, to be able to peek in and talk about "hey, watch out for this guy, he's trolling something fearce" or "hey, would I be out of line if I banned X for all this Y history of behavior?" or "Doesn't Z post alot like V? Didn't we ban him for doing G?"
Stuff like that. I was a mod for a breif period of time on a danzig board, filling in for a good friend who was away with some of the other mods for a concert they went cross country for. Trust me, an off-limits board like that can come in handy (and it's a nice place to have bitchfests about some other users where the masses can't peek into and see)
I'm glad the Zims have done this because it looks like the trolls and whatnot seem to have figured out when to get on when they are not and cause the most mayhem and troll feeding. If this ensures full coverage, then it certantly can't be a bad thing.

Right, what was the question again?
(It all goes back to the ezboard - Guru actually put the video game board in the wrong section, but I never bothered to correct that mistake - besides, with "CRZ's World" out, Random would be so *lonely* by itself!)

Oh yes. We love this board at the Mothership. Request warnings or profile edits (mostly because it tends to attract a younger audience, namely one that doesn't know what a good background looks like), and notify admins of potential ban recipients... not to mention staff discussion. Comes in quite handy.
