It was bound to happen. Someone had to start a Nash thread. He comes out and...oops, wait a second, sorry, forgive me...Nash hobbles out...slowly...to the ring, lord knows how he made it without hurting himself to be out for two months, only to try and make yet another comeback...and as the two psuedo-announcers stumble over what to call him, I think...of Kurt Angle. *clears throat*

"Undertaker...if that's even your real name."

I miss Kurt.

Sometimes these boys can act. I mean - fuck the knife, you'd need a chainsaw to cut through the tension in that ring with the Big Sexy staring down the Trips (and the sadistic side of me is screaming hit him with the sledge hammer)! Personally, I thought Kev looked good, slimmed down, no big gut. Worked for me. Wasn't digging the hair.

I'm never good at picking out storylines because I always root for the heels. I'm also confused with so many old faces around. I thought Goldberg/Rocky at Backlash, then Trips/Goldberg at the next PPV. But now, Trips is involved with Jericho and this whole debacle - and Diesel shows up. What's that all about? Isn't the Book feud still going on? I suck at this. Anyway...

I'm interested to see what you guys think about Diesel's return and where he's to be utilized.

You sure we weren't separated at birth? Seriously, I don't know what to think. I'm not too hot about Nash anyway. He was sooo lame as Diesel. I have some PPVs from the mid nineties with him doing some promos, and well, he makes me laugh. He did look good and slim, but I'm reserving judgment. I don't WANT to see Tripster hanging out with the old guys, he's doing fine with Booker T. Besides, common knowledge dictates that back in the WWF, H was a million times more entertaining as champ than Big Daddy Kewl could ever hope to imagine to be. You outsiders from the main board who read this board (you know who you are) can totally quote me on that! Some of my fellow sisters can too.

Old people aren't the solution to current problems.
Oh god, is that SABLE?! We miss you already, Kurt!

Did he always look like Al Snow, with the Diesel hair???
(I swear, the Eeee did that deliberately as fodder for excalibur's satire.)

I've sooooo been enjoying HHH getting to work with some fun guys again -- I desperately hope he's not going to get stuck hauling around somebody who's not ready to be back yet. (That's not even a Nash bash -- he admits he's only 80%.)

That whole tetrahedron of relationships among HHH, HBK, Nash, & Jericho is rife with possibilities. Is there any particular Jericho/Nash backstory? If not, they'll have to establish one. 'Cause all the rest of them have historical stuff with one another, don't they? Booker is clearly still involved -- we're not done there yet.

Don't forget about Austin, who'll magically reappear with JR once Vince intervenes to calibrate (or replace) Bischoff. No clue where they'll plug him back in.

Its a busy time on the old Raw show, ain't it?

Thank you, Emma! I knew there was a resemblence to someone there, but I just couldn't get past the fact that Kevin Nash and I evidently use the same hair color to figure out *who* he resembled.

Raw was pretty overall enjoyable. I'll admit, I was never really a huge Trish Stratus fan, but damn does she bust her metaphorical balls! The kicks, the flips, the busted lip - damned impressive match. Jim Ross "quitting" surprised me, too - I figured he'd be 'fired' after a little round of public humiliation. I enjoyed the main event, too. I just saw the HHH/HBK match from SummerSlam a few weeks ago (yes, I'm a putz :)) and I really do enjoy watching those two together. As for Tomboy's question about where Diesel might be used... I dunno. I can't really see him as the unstoppable monster, because that's already what Goldberg is doing. I also can't see him being just "Diesel the bodyguard" again, as it's pointless. Ringmistress is right, though - it's kinda corny. Please, Jebus, don't let them bring back the "semi truck headlights and horn" as part of the Diesel entrance. It gets the Convoy song stuck in my head!

Not much in the way of eye candy last night on Smackdown, but I have to tell you that Steph really has plumped a bit since the last match she was in (Vs Y2J and HHH on 3/26/02). But it's still not fat, so lay off on that.
