Who thought up this torture-fest ? I only saw the last contestant but she was screaming in pain between her wrong answers - too bad it wasn't live. I'll probably watch this "car-wreck" of a show again just out of morbid curiousity. It beats watching Vince & Steph on the mic any day.

What I don't get is the stingyness. The first contestant got $14,000 for answering questions right in a torture chamber. On who wants to be a millionaire you're pretty much guaranteed 32 grand unless you're a complete idiot.
"Excuse me, do you have any EuroDisney T-Shirts?" January 2nd, 2002. Paris, France. My proudest moment.
I still cant understand A) Why there are two new shows surrounding sitting or being in a chair type thing, unnder *pressure*, and answering questions, and B) what the difference between 'The Chamber' and 'The Chair' is.
I'm thinking that Psycho Dad told his wife that he'd kill her if he didn't go along with his story that Kim kidnapped Meghan. Remember a few episodes ago when Kim called BeatenWife only to be accused by HER that she stole Meghan?
