It's 'disadulation'. It sounds like desagulation because of how John Krasinski pronounces it. So it's apparently the opposite of adulation.

I have a Athlon 2500+ pc, running Win XP, with DirectX 8. I have a Gravis Eliminator AfterShock USB gamepad attached to it. The problem I have is that when I try and use the digital d-pad the callibration leans heavily to the left, from the get go.
