I was about to express thoughts of disappointment over them cutting him after he came back from taking care of his daughter to help them win playoff games, but I am glad that is not the case and it sounds like they did the right thing.
Yeah, the Celtics have been doing quite well recently. They've still got a little while to go before shaking off the label of being a “scrub” team (a 15-67 record a few years ago will do that to a franchise).
