I speak for myself and many others, we are extremely greatful to you for keeping the board up and staying committed to it like it sounds that you are. There are some cool people here that I'd have never gotten to know otherwise, as well as countless topics and opinions that I've been glad to read and be a part of. I know that it seemed in the past like little more than a headache to you and CRZ, but I hope that at least once in a while, it comes across to you, as well as most people, that this (for the most part) is a pretty fun place to visit, read, and participate in. I'm very appreciative of the fact that although the Slash is going on a major league and possibly permanent hiatus, we still have the great forum here to be a part of.
On a smaller yet still thankful note, big ups on the Video Game forum. I like that it's off in it's own place now. Let me also say that it's really a commentary on how good (and coherent) the people posting here are when you compare it to the gaming boards on places like GameFAQS and IGN.
So thanks again Guru. We all appreciate the work that you, CRZ, and Adam have put in here, and will continue to do so in the future- even if we don't always say so.
If it's the one with the Rocket and creepy banner ads, then, yes. Some Yay-hoo took it over, that's for sure. Like I said, I'm reinstalling Norton SysWorks and Internet Security, and then I'll look into reinstalling *SOME* of the previous things.
